Field Day in “Amarant Agro”, 27th June 2017

TOV “Solana Ukraina” and Company BASF held a seminar devoted to the obtaining the maximum harvest of early potato. Despite the difficult weather conditions this spring, in the farm PSP "Amaranth Agro” the guests had an opportunity to learn more about the economics and the interest in growing early potato varieties.

Field Day in Sumy region: “Potatoes on black soil: pro and contra”.

On 8^th September the final Field Day of 2016 took place at the farm “Agrobusiness TSK”. The event was aimed at the demonstration of potato production on irrigated black soils.

On 3^rd Aurgust 2016 TOV “Solana Ukraina” and company BASF have held one more seminar. Unlike previous meetings, the guests of this seminar had the possibility to learn more about potato growing on irrigation in PSP “Amarant Agro”.

Field Day: seminar «SEED POTATOES AS BUSINESS FOR BUSINESS!»

On 27th July 2016, "Potato seeds as business to business!" seminar took place. The most important issue of the seminar was the consideration of technological solutions for obtaining high potato yields under conditions of water shortage and high summer temperatures.

From 8^th to 14^th of November Solana will exhibit at Agritechnica in Hanover (Germany) – the world’s leading international exhibition for agricultural machinery and equipment. At stand F23 in hall 25 Solana presents its seed potatoes und its services.

Europatat Congress 2015

From 5^th to 7^th May, the Europatat Congress took place in Germany, themed “Potato Market - A creative approach”. More than 100 high-ranking guests attended the congress, which was supported by Solana as a sponsor.

Solana at Fruit Logistica 2015

From February 4th to 6th Solana will exhibit at Fruit Logistica 2015 in Berlin - one of the leading events of the fruit trading industry. The team of Solana will share a stand with the Deutsche Kartoffelhandelsverband (DKHV) at Fruit Logistica. We look forward to your visit at stand D 08, hall 21.

Solana Field Day at Sutton Bridge

On 11th December 2014 the Solana-Field Day was held in Sutton Bridge for the second time after the successful launch in 2013. About 40 visitors, among them farmers, representatives of the packing companies and industry got an overview of the range of varieties which are specifically intended for the UK market.

Granola is ‚Potato of the Year 2014‘

The potato variety "Granola" has been named the "Potato of the Year 2014" in Germany. This decision was announced on February 14th by Christian Meyer, Minister of Agriculture of Lower Saxony, during the exhibition ‘Biofach’ in Nuremberg (Germany).
